Root Cellar

This is Mike from Australia working on the root cellar in the Ranch house. This root cellar upon completion will have approximately 930 square feet of storage space on 2 - 7 foot levels. The reason for this is we plan on always having a large organic garden for our own use and that of people who come to visit the Ranch. After all, you are what you eat and if you grow it yourself, you know whats in it!
